Warranty hub

Digital warranty for physical products: coverage defined by batch, registration verified over WhatsApp, and claims worked through a status pipeline that messages the customer at each step.

Warranty batches link Shopify products to a validity period and coverage rules. Customers register on a public mobile portal, verified by WhatsApp OTP, and their registration is matched to the Shopify order. Claims move through pending, approved, shipped or rejected, and each change messages the customer.

Before you start

  • Shopify connected — batches reference products and registrations match orders.
  • WhatsApp connected — the OTP and every claim update send over WhatsApp.
  • A plan that includes the warranty module.

The registration portal

A public, mobile-first page. The customer picks their product, enters a phone number and verifies it with a WhatsApp OTP — no account and no app. Pair it with a WhatsApp QR from Meta Manager printed on the packaging.

Frequently asked questions

Why can a customer not find their product when registering?

The SKU is not in any warranty batch, the batch validity period does not cover their purchase date, or the product was added to Shopify after the last sync. Check the batch first, then sync products.
